Closed Beta · By request

Test the app before everyone else does.

Closed beta in DC and LA. A small group, using the web app for real — not poking around — and helping shape what ships next.

What this is

A real beta, not a marketing list.

The web app is live and shippable. The mobile app is in design. We're adding testers slowly, on purpose — the people who join now will use a product that's working but unfinished, and their feedback shapes what ships in the next four to eight weeks.

Bugs exist. Some flows are rough. The feed is real, the map is real, the planning loop works end-to-end. The product is the product — you'll see what it actually does, not a demo of what it could be.

The deal

Use it for real. Get a direct line.

A short list of what we ask and what you get. Nothing fancy.

What we ask

Be a real user.

  • Use it for two or three nights out — not just a one-time poke
  • Tell us when something breaks, confuses, or feels off
  • Optional 20-minute interview after your first outing
  • Honest feedback over polite feedback
What you get

Early access.

  • Full web app while it's still closed
  • First in line for iOS TestFlight
  • Direct channel to the team — not a support form
  • Beta badge at public launch
  • Your handle locked in before signups open
Who fits

A specific kind of tester.

This isn't a beta for "anyone curious." We want people who actually go out and would notice if a recommendation engine were giving them bad suggestions.

01 /

You live in DC or LA.

Those are the two cities the recommendation engine knows. Anywhere else and the product can't show you what it does.

02 /

You go out 2+ nights a week.

Bars, dinners, shows, activities — anything. The feedback that matters comes from people who'd be using this on a real Friday, not testing it on a Tuesday afternoon.

03 /

You're comfortable with rough edges.

A beta is a beta. If you'd be frustrated by a broken button or a layout glitch, this is not the right moment.

04 /

You're 18 to 28.

The product is built for this age band. We'll let in older testers selectively, but the core audience comes first.

The arc

Where we are. Where this is going.

Three stages. You'd be joining at stage one — the one that shapes the others.

Now
Web closed beta
Full app on the web. New testers approved weekly. DC and LA only. This is what you'd be using if you signed up today.
Summer 2026
iOS TestFlight
Mobile app opens to the existing beta cohort first, then expands. Web testers get the TestFlight invite before public signups.
Later
Public launch
App Store + open web signup. Beta testers keep the badge, the locked handle, and the direct line to the team.
Request access

Five fields. Two minutes.

Requests are reviewed weekly. If you fit, you'll get an access link and an onboarding note. If you don't, you'll get a short reason and a heads-up when the next cohort opens.

Everything except notes is required. Honest signals are more useful than complete answers.
The product works in DC and LA today. Other cities aren't supported.
A sentence or two is plenty. This is signal, not a screener.
Request received.
We review weekly. You'll hear back at the email you submitted — either an access link or a short reason and the next cohort window.
Small group on purpose.

The fewer testers we let in at once, the more weight your feedback carries. Worth the wait if you're in DC or LA and you go out.
