How it works

How Converge works.

Most apps recommend what's popular. Converge recommends what people with your taste actually love.

5 steps · 60 seconds to start · DC + LA live
The flow / start to finish
  1. Tell us what you like.

Take the 60-second curated onboarding — pick your city, your scene, two real venues you'd actually go to, your mood, your top artists. We learn your taste from real choices — the energy you want, the kind of night you're up for, the cities and neighborhoods that fit you.

  2. Save what catches your eye.

Tap save on any spot — a bar, a restaurant, a show, a park, anything. Saves go to boards you can keep private or share. Your boards become your map of the city.

  3. See who shares your taste.

We find the people in your city whose taste matches yours — strangers included. Follow them. See what they save. Discover spots through people whose taste you actually trust, instead of through anonymous five-star ratings.

  4. Plan a night without the dead group chat.

Going out with friends? Start a Converge plan. Everyone checks in privately with what they're up for. We build three plans — dinner-led, activity-led, nightlife-led. The group votes. Done in 90 seconds. When the night happens, everyone in the group auto-follows each other so your taste graph keeps growing.
