Every role is demand-pulled.

A role only appears below with a trigger that makes it necessary. If we can't name the bottleneck a hire relieves, the hire is premature — so we wait until the bottleneck is real.

That's not caution for its own sake. It's how a solo founder with an AI force-multiplier and one lead developer ships a 30,000-venue product without burning a raise on headcount the traction doesn't justify yet.
