These Terms govern your use of Converge. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Converge.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Converge. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Converge for anything illegal or harmful, or to harass, impersonate, or deceive others.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to break the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
Your content
You keep ownership of the boards, saves, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant Converge a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service — including showing your public boards and profile to other users. You can delete your content or account at any time.
Venue and event information
Place and event details come from third-party data sources and are provided as-is. Hours, pricing, availability, and other details can change or be inaccurate. Confirm with the venue before you rely on anything important.
Disclaimers
Converge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will fit your plans, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that information will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Converge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using Converge and delete your account at any time.
